Job Responsibility:
Directly supervise the pharmacy technician and pharmacy support staff to ensure prescription orders are processed in an accurate and efficient manner to achieve exceptional customer service
Direct daily workflow, coordinate procedural changes, interviewing/hiring, evaluating & reviewing performance, coaching & counseling, disciplinary action and daily supervision of the staff to ensure that all store and company policies and procedures are followed
Assist with the oversite of the entire pharmacy and supporting the team with all non-clinical colleagues support and direction
Requirements:
1-3 years leadership experience
5+ years experience in pharmacy, healthcare insurance or billing or a related field
Current Pharmacy Technician Licensure and/or certificate per state or federal requirements or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
