Engage with people in their homes
Help bridge gaps in care
Conduct visits lasting about 45 minutes
Connect one-on-one and answer health questions
Perform medication and medical history review

Conduct additional diagnostic tests if ordered (i.e., diabetic eye exams, spirometry, etc.)
Use an iPad and intuitive clinical workflow for each evaluation
Travel locally and within licensed states as needed
