Job Responsibility:
Interacts directly with patients to influence generic utilization, therapy changes, answer questions, solve problems, provide education
Communicates the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients
Works closely with Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications
Responsible for adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients stay on their medications
Handles incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers
Requires working knowledge of insurance, health care, reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and providing customer education
Requirements:
1+ year(s) of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone
Experience multi-tasking with handling customers, retrieving information and communicating information
Must reside in the state of Florida
High School Diploma or equivalent
Nice to have:
6+ months experience in high-volume call center / customer service environment
Experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or other similar applications
