Job Responsibility:

  • Interacts directly with patients to influence generic utilization, therapy changes, answer questions, solve problems, provide education
  • Communicates the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients
  • Works closely with Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications
  • Responsible for adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients stay on their medications
  • Handles incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers
  • Requires working knowledge of insurance, health care, reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and providing customer education

Requirements:

  • 1+ year(s) of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone
  • Experience multi-tasking with handling customers, retrieving information and communicating information
  • Must reside in the state of Florida
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice to have:

  • 6+ months experience in high-volume call center / customer service environment
  • Experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or other similar applications
