Job Description:

CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Service Representative to join the CarePlus/Specialty Pharmacy team in West Hollywood, CA. Under the supervision of a pharmacist, you will work to ensure patients receive specialty medication in a timely manner while providing excellent customer service.

Job Responsibility:

Contact patients to arrange delivery or set a pickup date
Correspond with prescribers to clarify prescription information
Prepare orders for delivery
Maintain adequate inventory
Resolve insurance issues
Assist with Prior Authorizations.

Requirements:

One year experience in a customer service role handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
One year work experience with Windows-based applications like Windows, Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email applications
One year computer keyboarding experience, skills and aptitude.

Nice to have:

pharmacy experience
CA pharmacy technician license
