Job Description:

The Pharmacy Quality Assurance (QA) Technician will be responsible for performing and/or overseeing tasks such as monthly cleaning, training, personnel and environmental testing, conducting audits, data trending and analytics for all Baptist Healthcare facilities.

Requirements:

  • High School, Cert, GED, Trn, Exper
  • Registered Pharmacy Technician
  • PTCB Certified Pharmacy Technician
  • Sterile compounding experience is required
  • Maintains PTCB certification
  • The ability and willingness to change direction and focus to meet shifting organizational and business demands
  • Self-starter with good work ethic and ability to work independently and use good judgment, or as a contributing member of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to analyze details and perform structured decision-making
