Job Responsibility:

Manage and supervise daily administrative operations to ensure high-quality service delivery
Develop and evaluate policies for the department
Facilitate continuous process improvement and staff professional growth
Ensure efficient operation of information and dispensing systems
Oversee purchasing and inventory management for pharmaceuticals
Participate in educational programs to maintain competency

Requirements:

Five years of professional experience with two years in a management role
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
PharmD preferred with one year of residency
Current and valid state Pharmacy license, required
BLS certification within 30 days of hire
Experience in hospital settings, ideally with emergency room exposure
