Job Description

A locum tenens opportunity is available for a skilled pharmacist in an inpatient pharmacy setting. You will be part of a dedicated team responsible for ensuring the safe and effective administration of medication to patients ranging from newborns to geriatrics. The position offers a rotating schedule to support day and evening shifts.

Job Responsibility

  • Review and interpret medication orders to ensure safety and efficacy
  • Oversee pharmacy technician activities including medication dispensing and IV compounding
  • Use EMR systems, such as Epic, and equipment like Omnicell for daily tasks

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
  • Pharmacy degree required
  • Valid MA Pharmacist License
