Job Responsibility:
Maintain adequate drug supply and oversee procurement processes
Prepare and dispense medications accurately and in compliance with state laws
Conduct monthly inspections of pharmacy and patient care units
Provide educational programs and trainings for pharmacy staff
Execute medication reconciliation for discharge medication lists
Participate in quality assurance programs related to drug use
Requirements:
Successful completion of all educational requirements for state licensure
Current state licensure as a pharmacist
BLS certification if required by state
EPIC experience
Minimum of two years of recent hospital experience
