Requirements
Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree
Current and unrestricted pharmacy license in a U.S. State or Territory
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum two years of experience as a Registered Pharmacist
Minimum one year of experience as a Clinical Pharmacist
