Job Description:

As a member of the Network Operations Analytics team you will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of analytic solutions. You will be responsible for evolving our current analytical competencies which monitor our claims production environment. By enabling data-driven strategic decision-making, you will identify opportunities for improving existing products and developing new ones.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and implement robust analytic and reporting solutions
  • Query data, design summary data layers, construct and manipulate large datasets using SQL, Python, and other tools
  • Access existing data, identify data gaps, collaborate with data strategy partners
  • Build dynamic dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau
  • Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct analyses ranging from descriptive reports to statistical analyses to predictive modeling
  • Communicate complex technical subjects to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Tailor analytic solutions to specific client needs and delivery timelines
  • Apply creativity in developing analytic solutions and representing findings

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis constructing analytical solutions to business problems
  • 2+ years of experience developing analytic and reporting methodology
  • 2+ years of experience using SQL or similar methods to access, extract, manipulate and summarize data
  • 1+ years of experience building Power BI or Tableau dashboards
  • 1+ year of experience working directly with business partners to understand business needs and translating them into analytic solutions
  • 2+ years of experience communicating complex technical subjects to non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Nice to have:

  • Experience with administrative claims data such as pharmacy or medical claims
  • Independent, curious, eager to tackle a wide variety of problems
  • Familiarity with pharmacy workflow and claims adjudication
  • Experience as a project lead with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience developing, testing, documenting and maintaining standardized outcome metrics
  • Experience developing methodologies for standardized and repeatable reporting
  • Ability to interact with and influence decision-making by non-analytical business audiences
  • Working knowledge of statistical methods and predictive analytics
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
