Job Description:

At CVS Health, the Pharmacy Manager leads a pharmacy team in providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include managing team performance, ensuring compliance, administering immunizations, and fostering an inclusive work environment. Candidates must hold an active pharmacist license and possess 1-2 years of experience.

Job Responsibility:

Helping to manage and improve patient health through dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices
Strengthening pharmacy performance measures through coaching and follow-up
Ensuring operational compliance with Board of Pharmacy regulations
Conducting new Technician and Pharmacist onboarding and training
Proactively offering and administering immunizations
Overseeing Staff Pharmacists, including performance management and reviews
Supporting access to care and pharmacist-delivered clinical care services

Requirements:

Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist

Nice to have:

Completion of the CVS Pharmacy Manager Emerging Leader (PM-EL) program
3-5 years of related work experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
