Job Description

Pharmacy Manager role in a community pharmacy for a large UK supermarket chain. Full-time position working 40 hours per week over 5 days, with some weekend work essential. The company offers an inclusive environment and empowers colleagues with control over work hours. Open to candidates from varied backgrounds including primary care, secondary care, or newly qualified.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide an excellent level of care to patients within the community
  • Procure and prepare medicines as needed
  • Dispense medicines effectively and accurately
  • Organising prescriptions for patients
  • Use excellent communication skills to ensure patients’ needs are met

Requirements

  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • MPharm, BPharm or equivalent
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Experience within a community pharmacy environment desirable but not essential
