Job Responsibility:

Own all site operations including compliance, performance, and workflow
Provide leadership to pharmacists, technicians, and support staff
Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally with business and operational leaders
Leverage financial tools and data (P&L, income statements) to optimize performance
Champion innovation and pilot change initiatives at the site level

Requirements:

Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in Ontario
5+ years of pharmacy practice experience including leadership of a team of more than 10 people is preferred
Previous work experience in specialty pharmacy is required
Strong business acumen and the ability to work with data-driven metrics
Comfortable stepping out of day-to-day workflow to focus on people and strategy
