Job Description:

As a 3rd year pharmacy intern, this role involves working as part of the pharmacy team under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. The intern ensures safety and quality care while managing inventory, customer service, and patient health programs. Key responsibilities include leading with empathy, promoting a team culture, and aligning with the company's purpose to improve health outcomes.

Requirements:

Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Ability to have regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Ability to be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, scan, and bag items
Finger dexterity
Ability to reach overhead
Precision control to adjust machines
Stoop to a considerable degree with full use of lower extremities and back muscles
Visual acuity for tasks like transcribing, viewing computer terminals, or visual inspections
Ability to orally communicate clearly and effectively
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.

Nice to have:

Immunization eligibility
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
