Job Description:

As a 3rd year pharmacy intern at CVS Health, you will work under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Your role involves ensuring patient safety, complying with regulatory requirements, managing inventory and workflow, and providing exceptional customer service. You will lead with empathy and compassion, adopt patient care programs, collaborate with others, and help foster a team culture. The position involves physical tasks such as lifting, reaching, and typing. Preferred qualifications include immunization eligibility and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements:

Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Ability to have regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Ability to be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, scan, and bag items
Finger Dexterity: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working primarily with fingers
Reach overhead
Extend hand(s) and arm(s) multiple directions to place, move, or lift items
Precision control: able to adjust machines
Stoop to move items between low and high positions
Close visual acuity for transcribing or visual inspection involving small parts
Able to orally communicate information
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs
Exerting up to 20 lbs of force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs of force frequently and/or negligible force constantly to move objects
