Job Description:

Health is everything. As a 3rd year pharmacy intern at CVS Health, you play a crucial role in the pharmacy team ensuring safe and effective care while under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Responsibilities include patient safety, regulatory requirements, customer service, inventory management, and professional practice.

Requirements:

Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Mobility and ability to remain upright for extended periods of time
Lift, scan, and bag items
Finger dexterity for tasks like picking, pinching, and typing
Reach overhead and perform precise control machine adjustments
Stoop and perform physical movements involving full use of lower extremities and back muscles
Close visual acuity for tasks such as transcribing, computer terminal viewing, and small parts inspection
Oral communication of information and instructions
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs and exerting up to 20 lbs of force occasionally and lesser force frequently

Nice to have:

Immunization eligibility
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
