Job Description:

As a 3rd year pharmacy intern at CVS Health, under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, you contribute to a safe and effective pharmacy environment. Responsibilities include patient safety, regulatory compliance, inventory management, workflow management, and providing exceptional care. The role emphasizes adopting patient care programs while fostering collaboration, compassion, and team culture.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Ability to have regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Ability to be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, scan, and bag items
Finger dexterity: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working primarily with fingers
Ability to reach overhead, stretch or reach out with the body, arms, and/or legs
Extend hand(s) and arm(s) multiple directions
Precision control: able to adjust machines to exact positions
Stoop to a considerable degree with full use of lower extremities and back muscles
Visual acuity: Close visual acuity for transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, reading, visual inspection involving small parts
Ability to orally communicate information and instructions
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.
