Job Description:

As a 3rd year pharmacy intern at CVS Health, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist, play a critical role in ensuring a safe and effective retail pharmacy work environment, and deliver exceptional care to patients. Responsibilities include patient safety, regulatory compliance, inventory management, quality assurance, and customer service.

Requirements:

Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Ability to have regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
Lift, scan, and bag items
Finger Dexterity: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working primarily with fingers
Reach overhead
Extend hand(s) and arm(s) multiple directions
Precision control to adjust machines to exact positions
Stoop to a considerable degree, bending spine at the waist
Visual Acuity: Close visual acuity for transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, reading
Able to orally communicate information and instructions
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs

Nice to have:

Immunization eligibility
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
