Job Description:

As a 3rd year pharmacy intern, you will work as part of the pharmacy team under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist, ensuring a safe and effective work environment in Retail Pharmacy. You will play a crucial role in patient care programs, professional practice, and customer service.

Job Responsibility:

Lead with heart and display empathy for patients and colleagues
Seek new ways to grow, collaborate, and deliver better outcomes
Align with the purpose to support health and gain commitment
Facilitate a team culture promoting caring, energy, and enthusiasm
Adoption and management of patient care programs
Support pharmacy operations under supervision of a licensed pharmacist

Requirements:

Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Mobility and ability to remain upright for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, scan, and bag items
Finger dexterity
Ability to reach overhead and move items
Visual acuity for computer and detailed work
Lifting of up to 20 lbs occasionally, and up to 10 lbs frequently

Nice to have:
