Job Responsibility

Following pharmacy workflow procedures at each pharmacy workstation (e.g., production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
contributing to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care
solving or escalating patient problems with compassion
maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local laws and CVS regulations
actively seeking opportunities to assist patients by offering immunizations and answering medical questions
completing basic inventory activities and routine pharmacy operations
supporting pharmacy leadership in day-to-day pharmacy functions
learning and applying professional pharmaceutical standards.
