Job Description:

Graduate pharmacist intern role working as part of the pharmacy team at CVS Health, delivering purpose, modeling values, and demonstrating genuine care for patients. Working under direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to ensure safe and effective Retail Pharmacy work environment.

Requirements:

PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health
0-3 years prior relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining a valid Pharmacist intern and/or technician licensure as required by state BOP
Strong verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Physical abilities: mobile and remain upright for extended periods, lift/scan/bag items, finger dexterity, reach overhead, extend hands/arms, precision control, stooping, visual acuity
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs
Obtain required pharmacist licensure within required timeframe per state guidelines

Nice to have:

Immunization eligibility
3-5 years prior relevant work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met
