Job Responsibility:

  • Assists with routine technical support tasks for the RX Equipment area
  • Communicates deviations from expected outcomes to internal teams
  • Collects feedback from the warehouse department
  • Documents the receipt of control drugs and cooler drugs
  • Verifies the number of cartons and pallets in each delivery
  • Assists pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with equipment operations
  • Coordinates pharmacy deliveries and orders
  • Inspects the final RX product for appropriateness and uniformity
  • Verifies product labels for accuracy
  • Maintains specialized pharmacy equipment
  • Collects information on RX trends and analyzes RX order frequency
  • Monitors pharmacy equipment and fill dispensing units
  • Calibrates equipment to ensure maximum functionality
  • Operates automated RX equipment to assist pharmacists with compounding, repackaging, and cart filling
