Job Responsibility:

Maintains equipment/warehouse operations under general supervision
Collects feedback from employees across the company
Documents warehouse maintenance activities
Defines the operational strategy to the warehouse department
Organizes warehouse facilities and utilizes power equipment
Communicates with equipment operators, contractors, and inspectors
Monitors operator associates, delegates tasks, and revises schedules
Performs preventative maintenance procedures on hydraulic components
Determines the scope of maintenance work required for heavy equipment, trucks, and trailers

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills
Ability to read, write, and count accurately
Must be at least 18 years of age
Good written and verbal skills
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally
Must be certified on all equipment needed to complete job task

Nice to have:

Previous warehouse experience
Pre-SIT course completion necessary
