The role involves giving reassuring experiences, friendly chats, and using expert knowledge to put customers at ease. It's about supporting the Pharmacy team and inspiring them with amazing customer care and attention to detail.

Job Responsibility:

  • Dispensing medicine
  • Providing fantastic customer care and gentle advice to put customers at ease
  • Recommending health services to customers
  • Supporting the Pharmacy team as the first point of call for customer queries
  • Building relationships with the Pharmacy team
  • Sharing knowledge with the team
  • Knowing customers and passing on feedback

Requirements:

  • Lots of professional and Pharmacy experience
  • Really wonderful customer service skills
  • Friendly personality
  • Ability to work as part of a team
