Job Description

We’re Hiring | Qualified Dispenser (NVQ Level 2/3). Are you a passionate and motivated Qualified Dispenser looking to grow your career within a supportive, family-run pharmacy business? We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic dispenser (NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualified) to join our busy and friendly team at Day Lewis Pharmacy, Mill Hill Broadway. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and is eager to continue developing their skills while supporting the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services to our local community.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting the pharmacy with retail, dispensing and pharmacy services
  • Providing exceptional customer and patient care
  • Assisting with retail and sales growth initiatives
  • Helping maintain smooth day-to-day pharmacy operations
  • Building strong relationships with patients and the local community

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 Qualified Dispenser
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Confident, organised, and efficient
  • Caring and compassionate approach to patient care
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy pharmacy environment
