We’re currently looking for full-time and part-time Pharmacy/Retail Assistants who are passionate about customer care and want to make a real difference in their local community. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role where no two days are the same. You’ll be an important part of our store team, helping create a welcoming and helpful environment for every customer who walks through the door. Weekend availability is required, making this a great opportunity for students, parents returning to the workforce, or anyone looking to supplement family income. The successful applicant will be required to meet a satisfactory National Criminal History Check outcome.

Job Responsibility:

Welcome customers and provide friendly, high-quality service
Inform customers about current sales, promotions and products
Assist with general customer enquiries
Replenish stock and maintain accurate inventory levels
Help set up catalogue and promotional displays
Support the team in keeping the store organised and running smoothly

Requirements:

Excellent customer service and people skills
The ability to work well both in a team and independently
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Previous retail or pharmacy experience (preferred but not essential)
Good communication skills
Repeat the same movements
Stand for long periods of time
Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
Weekend availability is required
