Job Description

This newly created role for our New Zealand business is a dual role where you will be fostering relationships with designated accounts (customers) to drive interest in the product portfolio and innovative clinical practices with the goal of achieving ANZ Business Objectives. We also require support and development with our diagnostic portfolio driving hardware and software support for Eden Sleep.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as the primary contact for operational and tactical processes or issues, ensuring seamless service delivery to assigned Pharmacy accounts
  • Partner with your Pharmacy Accounts to develop and execute on sales plans and deliverables with the intent of achieving revenue targets
  • Identification of new sales opportunities and implementation of additional services to facilitate growth
  • Generate sales reports and quarterly business reviews to provide updates related to your customer locations
  • Deliver high quality education and insights in person or virtually to customers, ensuring ResMed’s products and services are well represented in the field
  • Working collaboratively with internal business units including Finance, Marketing and Distribution to deliver objectives in line with ANZ Revenue team’s Strategic Imperatives
  • Collaborate with internal business units including sales, customer service, distribution, marketing, and finance to optimize the service offering and deliver high customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • 5 years of related successful Business to Business sales experience
  • Proven business acumen and communication skills
  • Experience with CRM and analytical tools (Salesforce and Tableau preferred)
  • Highly motivated, collaborative and possess a strong drive to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in a science or healthcare related field

Nice to have

Experience with Salesforce.com or another customer resource management program is a plus
