Job Description:

Hunter AHP have an exciting opportunity for an experienced GP pharmacist to join a supportive GP surgery team in Salisbury. This is a locum role for a clinical pharmacist with proven experience in a GP setting. You must be confident working independently within a primary care environment and familiar with either EMIS or SystmOne.

Job Responsibility:

Medication reviews (face-to-face and telephone)
Managing long-term conditions
Handling repeat prescriptions and medication queries
Supporting QOF and IIF targets
Clinical system management using EMIS or SystmOne

Requirements:

Experience working as a pharmacist in a GP surgery
Strong knowledge of primary care and clinical guidelines
Familiarity with EMIS or SystmOne
Full GPhC registration
