Job Responsibility:
Deliver clinical services to patients, including immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) interventions, while strictly adhering to regulatory guidelines and company policies
Engage proactively with customers and patients, offering assistance with products and services to ensure a positive and distinctive experience
Resolve customer issues efficiently and answer questions to maintain high levels of patient satisfaction
Model and share best practices in customer service, including interpersonal habits and service traits, to foster a delightful patient experience
Cultivate strong relationships with patients by anticipating their needs and proactively offering healthcare services
Support efforts to enhance the patient experience by focusing on healthcare services such as patient consultation, medication management, drug therapy reviews, and wellness services like immunizations and diabetes awareness
Ensure rigorous compliance with all elements of the Good Faith Dispensing policy, in conjunction with state and federal controlled substance laws, when filling prescriptions
Maintain ultimate responsibility for ensuring the presence of Good Faith elements in the product review and retail fill processes
Stay current with advancements in pharmacy and healthcare through continuous learning, including reading industry journals and company communications
Pursue best practices in retail, management, and healthcare services to enhance performance and contribute to the company’s success
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution
Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district
Certified Immunizer status
Commitment to obtaining necessary certifications, education credits, and internal training modules as assigned by the Company
