Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Pharmacist to join a growing online healthcare operation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customers receive safe, accurate, and high-quality pharmaceutical care through effective prescription management, patient counselling, and support of daily pharmacy operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and handle prescriptions in line with regulatory standards
  • Provide patient follow-ups, counselling, and customer support
  • Support revenue management and achievement of sales targets
  • Ensure full compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards
  • Assist with selection, procurement, and inventory management
  • Utilise pharmacy systems and technology efficiently
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of pharmacy operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy OR a qualified pharmacist with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hospital, community, or online pharmacy environment
  • Registered Pharmacist with the relevant professional body
  • Strong knowledge of medicinal and pharmaceutical products
  • Proficiency in pharmacy software and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a patient-centric approach
  • Flexible, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
