Job Description:

Join our client, a Lancashire-based GP surgery as a Locum Pharmacist and support the team in managing hospital letters and related documentation.

Job Responsibility:

Process and action hospital letters
Work closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth medication-related follow-ups
Use EMIS and Docman systems confidently
Attend site 1–2 weeks initially (hybrid/remote considered thereafter)

Requirements:

Previous experience in a GP surgery setting
Proficiency using EMIS and Docman
GPhC registration as a pharmacist
Strong organisational and communication skills
Independent prescribing NOT required
