Pharmacist

• manage a 40-slot clinic focused on medication-related queries
• handle admin-based tasks and respond to patient queries
• apply clinical judgement where needed
• support continuity of care until the permanent hire starts
• work independently using SystmOne

• UK-based GPhC registration as a pharmacist
• experience using SystmOne (preferred)
• IP qualification (preferred but not essential)
• strong organisational and communication skills
• the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
