Job Description:

Locum GP Pharmacist position at a GP Surgery in Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist with prior GP practice experience to secure flexible working with a supportive team.

Job Responsibility:

Conducting face-to-face patient appointments
Carrying out medication reviews and optimising patient care
Working effectively within the practice team to deliver high-quality service
Using EMIS clinical system

Requirements:

Must have previous GP surgery experience
Independent Prescriber qualification is preferable, but not essential
Strong clinical knowledge and patient-facing skills

Nice to have:

Independent Prescriber qualification
