Inabia is seeking a reliable and independent Pharmacist to join its Pharmacy department. This role is based in a critical access facility, where the pharmacist will be responsible for managing daily pharmacy operations and providing safe, effective medication services, often working independently. The ideal candidate is clinically sound, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously in a hospital setting.
Job Responsibility:
Review, prepare, dispense, and verify medications in accordance with physician orders and hospital policies
Ensure safe and accurate medication distribution and compliance with state and federal regulations
Provide clinical support and medication guidance to healthcare providers and nursing staff
Monitor drug therapies for appropriateness, interactions, and effectiveness
Maintain pharmacy records, inventory, and controlled substance documentation
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital procedures
Operate independently during assigned shifts in a critical access setting
Requirements:
Active Pharmacist license in the state of North Dakota
PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
Ability to work independently and manage pharmacy operations
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
