Job Description:

Band 8a Pharmacist role in oncology department providing pharmaceutical care to oncology patients in Suffolk

Job Responsibility:

Perform comprehensive patient medication reviews and assessments
Provide specialist oncology pharmacy support and advice
Deliver evidence-based pharmaceutical care to optimise patient outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
Maintain accurate patient records in line with clinical standards

Requirements:

Current and valid GPhC registration
Experience working in oncology/oncology wards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
