We're looking for a full time, pharmacist store manager for our North West London Eastcote store. You will be running a pharmacy off 1100 items as well as offering a range of nhs and private services. This is a 40 hour role, with Monday to Friday working and an alternate Saturday. You will either be an experienced pharmacist or a current pharmacist store manager.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the sales and performance of your store, whilst keeping our customers close to heart
Delivering the pharmacy strategy through providing expert care and advice
Accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy
Building the capability of store teams
Conducting continual review through audit, observations and risk assessment to ensure customer and patient safety is paramount
Delivering a range of professional pharmacy services
Requirements:
Professional, caring character and a true desire to help us change for the better
Ability to coach and develop individuals and teams
Strong understanding of how to lead and deliver a company strategy, with the ability to implement in store to drive strong performance results
Registered with relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
Demonstrate high levels of professional expertise and be widely respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers and external local professionals
Be a great communicator
able to put people at ease and effectively meet the varied needs of our customers and patients
