We are looking for a Pharmacist Store Manager to lead our small, community-focused pharmacy in Cambuslang, located beside a busy GP surgery. Store trading hours: Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 18:00, Saturday: 09:00 – 13:00, Closed Sundays. This is an excellent opportunity to join a pharmacy with a knowledgeable and experienced team, strong community relationships, and a genuine focus on patient care. Job Responsibility:
Lead and support a dedicated pharmacy team
Deliver outstanding patient care and pharmacy services
Build strong relationships within the local community
Drive a positive and professional store culture
Ensure safe and efficient day-to-day pharmacy operations
Lead the sales and performance of your store
Deliver the pharmacy strategy through providing expert care and advice
Accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy
Build the capability of store teams
Conduct continual review through audit, observations and risk assessment to ensure customer and patient safety is paramount
Deliver a range of professional pharmacy services
Requirements:
The ability to coach and develop individuals and teams
A strong understanding of how to lead and deliver a company strategy, with the ability to implement in store to drive strong performance results
Be registered with relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
Demonstrate high levels of professional expertise and be widely respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers and external local professionals
Be a great communicator
able to put people at ease and effectively meet the varied needs of our customers and patients
