Job Description:

We are looking for a Pharmacist Store Manager to lead our small, community-focused pharmacy in Cambuslang, located beside a busy GP surgery. Store trading hours: Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 18:00, Saturday: 09:00 – 13:00, Closed Sundays. This is an excellent opportunity to join a pharmacy with a knowledgeable and experienced team, strong community relationships, and a genuine focus on patient care. As Pharmacist Store Manager, you will: Lead and support a dedicated pharmacy team; Deliver outstanding patient care and pharmacy services; Build strong relationships within the local community; Drive a positive and professional store culture; Ensure safe and efficient day-to-day pharmacy operations. We are looking for someone who is passionate about community pharmacy, leadership, and making a real difference to patients every day.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and support a dedicated pharmacy team

Requirements:

  • The ability to coach and develop individuals and teams
  • A strong understanding of how to lead and deliver a company strategy, with the ability to implement in store to drive strong performance results
  • Be registered with relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
  • Demonstrate high levels of professional expertise and be widely respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers and external local professionals
  • Be a great communicator
  • able to put people at ease and effectively meet the varied needs of our customers and patients
