Job Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
  • Provide leadership and guidance to supporting staff
  • Ensure accurate delivery of pharmaceutical care services including drug therapy monitoring, patient education, drug information and chronic disease state management for our clinical programs

Requirements

  • Current Pharmacist License in good standing in State of Pennsylvania
  • Reside in the State of Pennsylvania
  • Six months pharmacy experience
  • Six months work experience with Windows-based applications like Windows, Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email applications

Nice to have

  • Licenses in other states desirable
  • Prefer Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions

  • After those shifts you would be off 7 days
  • Once fully trained (3-6 months) and meeting expectations, this position will be 50% onsite and 50% work from home
