Job Responsibility

  • Ensure the correct medication is appropriately picked, checked, packed, and shipped to patients and perform all duties associated with the dispensing of pharmaceuticals
  • Provide customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
  • Provide direction and guidance to supporting staff
  • Be cross-trained on other functions within the facility as assigned

Requirements

  • 1+ years pharmacist experience
  • Active IL Pharmacist license in good standing
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal direction and as part of interdisciplinary team
  • Ability to lift totes up to 40lbs
  • This position is located onsite at our facility in Mount Prospect, IL
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited college of pharmacy

Nice to have

  • 1+ years Specialty Pharmacy experience
  • Work experience in a pick/pack/ship environment
