A 52-week post-graduate educational training program under the direction of an advanced pharmacy preceptor(s).
Job Responsibility:

Develops leadership skill to effect change within the pharmacy clinical and operation sections of acute care hospitals

Develops the knowledge and skills to utilize medical informatics by utilizing the informatics tool available at CHRISTUS

Requirements:
Graduate from an ACPE accredited Doctor of Pharmacy Program required
Must be licensed or eligible for pharmacist licensure within 90 days from first day of employment unless a formal program extension is approved for extenuating circumstances, as guided per ASHP
