This position is a member of a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for assuring safe, efficient, cost effective drug therapy for all patients. The pharmacist is responsible for providing clinical drug information to meet the needs of the customers, including physicians, nurses, patients and other healthcare professionals. This position is responsible for participating in the training, orientation and education of staff.

Requirements:
A graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy
Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License
Nice to have:
Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP)
PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency
2 years of Pharmacist experience in an Outpatient Oncology Intuition Center
