Job Description

Serve as PIC for a 503A sterile compounding pharmacy. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and USP sterile compounding regulations. Oversee quality assurance, compliance programs, audits, inspections, and licensing. Maintain policies, procedures, and regulatory documentation. Collaborate on pharmacy operations, quality initiatives, and compliance matters. Support investigations, corrective actions, and pharmacy expansion efforts.

Job Responsibility
