Job Description:

Join our team as a Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of hospital inpatients across a range of clinical areas. This role offers a flexible working position requiring availability from Monday to Friday. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.

Job Responsibility:

perform comprehensive patient assessments
create and implement personalised care plans
deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
maintain accurate patient records

Requirements:

a current and valid GPhC registration
experience working in a hospital setting (ideal for newly qualified Pharmacists who have completed their pre-reg in hospital)
strong communication and interpersonal skills
the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
