Are you an energetic leader who thrives on building genuine connections, motivating teams, and orchestrating operational excellence? We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Pharmacy Manager to join a premier specialty pharmacy team in Richmond, British Columbia.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations and workflow management
  • Direct, coach, and support a team of 10-15 direct reports
  • Assist with inventory control and workflow efficiencies
  • Ensure compliance with College of Pharmacists of British Columbia and Health Canada regulations
  • Handle incident reports, adverse event tracking, and product quality complaints
  • Monitor and maintain cold chain standards
  • Provide clinical support as needed

Requirements

  • Currently licensed and in good standing to practice pharmacy in British Columbia
  • Minimum of 1 year of dedicated experience in pharmacy management and direct people leadership
  • Proven background leading teams in high-speed environments
  • Highly comfortable navigating organizational change and fast-moving environments
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Excel, Outlook, and Word

Nice to have

Prior experience managing or working within a specialty pharmacy environment
