Requirements

Six months of experience as a pharmacist
Licensed pharmacist in Nevada
Experience in mail order, hospital, or retail pharmacy preferred
Prefer six months of work experience in a pick/pack/ship environment
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
Current Pharmacist License in good standing, based on applicable state licensing requirements
Stand for the duration of the shift (8–10 hours)
Repeatedly lift 5–10 lbs for the duration of the shift
Occasionally lift up to 30–50 lbs during a shift
Reach for and grasp objects at various heights

Job Responsibility

Ensure the correct medication is appropriately picked, checked, packed, and shipped to patients
Perform all duties associated with the dispensing of pharmaceuticals
Provide customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
Provide direction and guidance to supporting staff
Be cross-trained on other functions within the facility as assigned
Be knowledgeable and compliant with all pharmacy regulations and corporate policies, work instructions and procedures
