We are currently seeking a Pharmaceutical Regulatory Lawyer to support our clients within the pharmaceutical industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure adherence to UK pharmaceutical regulations, including MHRA guidelines, by providing legal advice on regulatory matters related to drug development, approval, and post-marketing activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess regulatory implications, ensuring that business strategies align with applicable pharmaceutical laws and regulations
  • Stay current on updates within pharmaceutical legislation, advising stakeholders on the impact of regulatory changes on product development and marketing strategies
  • Provide guidance and training on regulatory compliance, fostering a strong understanding of legal requirements and ethical standards within the organization
  • Collaborate with legal and regulatory affairs teams

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years post-qualification experience working within a pharmaceutical company or supporting pharmaceuticals through a law firm
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory matters
  • Sense of urgency combined with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work both independently and cross functionally
  • Authorized to reside and practice law within the UK
