Job Description:

The Project Manager will serve as an integral member of our agency team, facilitating the seamless execution of projects through our creative studio. Collaborating closely with the account team, this individual will ensure the effective delivery of assets to clients in a timely manner. This role involves supporting the account leadership team with the day-to-day operations of the creative team. Key responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, assisting with the preparation of creative briefs, and maintaining detailed progress tracking. The Project Manager should be an success driven, team-oriented detail oriented who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with the account leadership team to track deliverables, develop timelines, and coordinate with the creative team to ensure deadlines are met
  • Foster consistent communication between creative and account teams to streamline collaboration
  • Lead internal meetings such as daily status updates and project kickoffs, contributing practical solutions and actionable conclusions
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Keep senior management informed about ongoing account activities and project statuses
  • Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with the account team to set and manage client expectations to maintain efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in promotional pharmaceutical account management, preferably within Healthcare detail oriented and Patient markets
  • Strong project management abilities, including creating and maintaining project timelines, managing workflows, and ensuring effective client communication
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com is a plus
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of agile project management methodologies
  • Basic knowledge of Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes and systems like Veeva Vault
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced environments with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and detail
  • Effective presentation skills, capable of articulating creative ideas and delivering relevant insights

Nice to have:

Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com
