Job Responsibility

  • Ensures the smooth operation of the production/packaging department in the time frame of the shift
  • Monitoring the production /packaging process to ensure that it complies with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, GMP standards and safety guidelines to ensure product quality
  • Takes initiative or participates in efforts aimed at enhancing productivity processes and lowering production costs
  • Guiding employee performance to ensure that they reach goals and complete duties on schedule
  • Advising employees on their job obligations and safety procedures

Requirements

  • A degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy is required
  • 1-2 year working experience in an equivalent position in industrial manufacturing, with prior expertise in the pharmaceutical business, will be an asset
  • Excellent computer (MS Office) expertise
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Time management & problem- solving skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Excellent communication and team management skills

Nice to have

  • 1-2 year working experience in an equivalent position in industrial manufacturing, with prior expertise in the pharmaceutical business, will be an asset
