Cleanroom experience (highly desirable, but not essential)

Job Responsibility

Carrying out operational activities including start‑up, processing and cleaning, working with highly potent substances
Completing batch manufacturing records and associated documentation accurately and on time, in line with cGMP and SOP requirements
Setting up cleanroom environments and preparing and filtering bulk drug solutions
Maintaining exceptionally high housekeeping standards to keep the facility audit‑ready at all times
Cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment
Performing visual inspection activities on finished products
Working strictly to regulatory, quality and health & safety standards
Reviewing and following SOPs and work instructions
Ensuring all recorded data is accurate to support deadlines and compliance
Supporting internal and external audits

Previous experience in a highly regulated sterile filling facility
Previous experience of syringe and vial sterile filling and visual inspection is highly desirable
A high mechanical aptitude and capability is desired along with technical experience

Perform filling line set-up and sterile filling operations, equipment and line changeovers, and sampling
Operate the parts washer and autoclave
Perform root cause analysis of equipment and process problems, and implementing effective solutions, including preventive and/or corrective actions
Complete both the manufacturing and visual inspection of sterile drug product
Write, update and execute Batch Records, SOPs and other GMP Documentation
Complete detailed batch record and GMP documentation entries
Perform environmental monitoring and routine batch sampling
Perform housekeeping duties

Monitor, track and report release status of all GMP materials
