Job Description:

The Pharma Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the marketing strategy and execution for Baxter’s pharmaceutical portfolio in the DACH & NL region. Responsibilities include adapting global strategies to local markets, budget management, vendor and congress coordination, market research, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires strategic thinking, strong project management skills, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Responsibility:

  • Working on new Business Cases and support of product launches
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and brand plans for anaesthesia, specialty injectables, and oncology products
  • Adapt global marketing strategies to the specific needs of the DACH & NL market
  • Create, manage, and localize marketing materials in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Full budget responsibility for assigned brands, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to optimize market impact
  • Vendor & Congress Management
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities in the DACH & NL regions
  • Work closely with sales and medical teams to align marketing strategies with market demands
  • Work closely with Regulatory, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Market Access teams to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives
  • Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and industry stakeholders to strengthen brand positioning.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device marketing within the DACH & NL markets
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and hospital market dynamics in DACH & NL
  • Experience with anaesthesia, specialty injectables, or oncology products is preferred
  • Proven track record in budget management, vendor coordination, and event planning
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment
  • Fluent in German & English
  • Dutch and/or French proficiency is a strong advantage
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team setting.
